MEET THE TEAM
Eugene graduated from Lasalle College of the Arts, with a BA (Hons) in Technical Theatre Arts as a recipient of National Arts Council.
His beliefs in the need for expressive creativity and passion for the theatrical arts have led him to embrace new challenges in the industry. His diverse working credits include a myriad of local theatrical productions and various shows such as, Vietnam Idol and Cirque du Soleil on the World Expo, Shanghai in 2010 and Voyage de La Vie.
Incorporating his extensive experience in this industry and entrepreneurial spirit, he founded Creator’s Music, Creator’s Solutions and Dans La Phase (Cambodia), building its reputation through the designing, engineering and servicing of fully-integrated audio, visual and lighting systems in Singapore and other regions of South East Asia countries.
EUGENE TAY
With a Diploma in Multimedia Information & Communication, Rong Zhao (rz) pursued his career as a audio engineer / sound designer.
His first design work is Loveplay (2011). His foray into interactive and computer music, has led him working on "The Canopy"(2011) together with PerMagnus Lindborg and Joyce Beetuan Koh. The piece was exhibited at the International Computer Music Conference. He enjoys his work with The Observatory and Giants Must Fall. Other Portfolio includes Associate Sound Designer for Chingay 2014-2017, Monitor mixing for Wong Lee Hom and FOH Mixing for Jolin Tsai.
YONG RONG ZHAO
After graduating with a Diploma in Music and Audio Technology (with Merit) from Singapore Polytechnic, Wei Zheng was accepted into Yong Siew Toh Conservatory on a full scholarship, majoring in Recording Arts and Science. Wei Zheng has assisted in many recordings across genres ranging from classical to musicals, jazz to pop. Recent projects includes the Chingay Parade’ 17, ChildAid’ 16, Swing Rocket, etc. Not only that, his proficiency in live sound also lands him opportunites where he is currently doing live sound/recording for the conservatory’s orchestra for various events at the Esplanade Concert Hall, Shaw Foundation Stage, etc.
He is also the residential live sound engineer at Gardens by the Bay.
Besides that, Wei Zheng also has interest in composing and arranging, where he was the top ten finalists of the 18th XQRJ Regional Chinese Song Writing Competition, with the song titled《有你，才有我 》.
